Emma Roberts in a Mark Fast Design

Emma Roberts at the Beautiful People Issue event for Paper Magazine held in Hollywood last week.

Emma wore a funky dress by Mark Fast along with some white peep-toes and a chic patent Louis Vuitton clutch.
