Katie Holmes at the Elle Tribute

Katie Holmes at Elle's Women in Hollywood event, on October 19th, in LA.

Katie was looking great in a black sheer-topped Azzedine Alaia dress with frill-trimmed skirt, platform pumps and an Hermes bag for the star studded event.
