Leighton Meester in Christian Cota

Leighton Meester at the MTV Music Video Awards, held in New York City on September 13.

Leighton, who presented an award with Jack Black, looked loveley in a metallic Christian Cota dress and stunning Giuseppe Zanotti heels.
