A few pics from Taylor Momsen's 16th Birthday Party, held at the Hiro Ballroom, NYC, on July 28.Taylor celebrated her birthday while rocking with her band The Pretty Reckless. The Gossip Girl star wore a pink lingerie-style dress with black leather boots and jacket.
Talking to Teen Vogue about her changing style Taylor said, "I know people were a little, um, taken aback. But it wan't me that changed-it was just that I decided to start being myself. Now I do my own make-up, my own hair, and dress myself, and it feels better."
